When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account. You are responsible for safeguarding the passwords and OAuth tokens you use to access the Service.

InkDice relies on external LLMs and Social Media APIs. You agree not to abuse these integrations by attempting to bypass rate limits or generate malicious, illegal, or spam-oriented content. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend workspaces that demonstrate abusive traffic patterns.

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By posting content using InkDice, you grant us a license to transmit, store, and process that content strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your automated workflows.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
