User-provided prompts, automation instructions, and relevant content or data may be processed by our configured AI service providers to generate the requested content. AI providers are only utilized when they are actively configured and enabled within the product by the user or workspace administrator.

We take the security of your data seriously. Credentials and authentication tokens are stored securely using encryption, and internal access is strictly restricted. We will never expose your OAuth tokens or platform credentials to other users.

Your data is retained only for as long as it is necessary to provide the service to you, maintain active social media connections, process your scheduled content, or as required by law.

We will process your request promptly and confirm when your data has been permanently deleted from our systems.

Users can disconnect any connected social account from InkDice at any time through the dashboard. Disconnecting an account immediately revokes InkDice's ability to use that connection for any future publishing or data retrieval.
